The TruGreen Company Store exists to provide associates and managers with access to branded apparel and merchandise that support recognition, engagement, and professional representation of the company. It is not intended to serve as a source for personal wardrobe replacement at company expense.

Purchasing and Payment

Company funds may only be used for business-related purposes within budget, such as new hire onboarding, associate recognition, external brand representation, or team events. Associates are prohibited from using company funds to make personal purchases. Associates are welcome to purchase items for personal use at their own expense.

Corporate Associates

For corporate associates, company-paid purchases are limited to three circumstances: new hire welcome kits, recognition awards, and pre-approved business needs such as field apparel for site visits. All purchases must be approved by the associate’s department manager and should be consistent with budgetary guidelines. Corporate credit cards may not be used for personal purchases under any circumstances.

Branch Associates

Branches may use their local budgets to purchase items for recognition, recruiting, or community and branch events. Branch managers are responsible for monitoring usage and ensuring that purchases are appropriate and tied to business purposes. Large bulk orders must be reviewed with the appropriate leadership team before they are placed. This includes leaders such as but not limited to RVP, RSD, RCSD, Corporate functional leaders, etc. The intent is to ensure visibility, alignment, and responsible use of budget at all levels.

Marketing and Promotions

All promotional activities related to the Company Store will be managed by the Communications team. Only approved items will be highlighted in company communications. Discontinued or discounted items may appear in the store but will not be promoted without approval from Communications.

Oversight

Responsibility for the Company Store is shared between HR and Communications. Any exceptions to this policy require approval from the Executive Leadership Team. The policy will be reviewed annually to ensure alignment with TruGreen’s business and associate engagement goals.
